About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Best Car Deals website and ask us to review and negotiate a car quotation. Best Car Deals is based in Baguio City, Philippines. By submitting a request and ticking the agreement box, you confirm you have read and accept these terms and our Guarantee Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.

Our service

You send us the dealer quotation you already have. We review it, compare it with the total acquisition cost of the same car elsewhere, and work with dealership partners to secure a more competitive overall package. We then send you a written proposal.

You decide whether to accept the proposal. There is no obligation to buy.

What we are not

Best Car Deals is not a car dealership. We do not sell cars, we do not pick a car for you, and we are not a party to your purchase.

We are also not a bank, lender, insurer, lawyer or financial adviser. Our proposals are about price and package, and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Please check the details of any loan or insurance policy before you sign.

What we need from you

To work on your request we need you to give us accurate and complete information, and to upload a genuine, current quotation that you are entitled to share. Please do not upload documents that belong to someone else without their permission.

If the information you give us is wrong or misleading, we may pause or cancel your request, and the savings guarantee may not apply.

Our fee and how to pay

Our service fee is a fixed ₱7,499, whatever car you are buying. You keep 100% of your qualifying savings.

You can pay by GCash, Maya or bank transfer using the details shown on the request form, and upload your receipt with your reference number. If you choose to pay later, we will message you how to pay. We start negotiating once we have confirmed your payment.

We check receipts by hand. If we cannot match a payment to your request, we will contact you before doing anything else, and you will not be asked to pay twice for the same request.

Savings guarantee and refunds

Our service fee is covered by a savings guarantee. If the qualifying savings we secure are less than ₱15,000 compared with your original quotation, we refund your ₱7,499 service fee.

Your purchase

If you accept our proposal, you complete the purchase directly with the dealership. Your purchase agreement, payment, delivery, registration, warranty and any financing are between you and the dealership, lender or insurer, and not with Best Car Deals.

Dealerships and other parties

Prices, availability and terms in a proposal come from the dealerships and can change before you buy. We take care to pass on accurate information, but we do not control the dealerships, and we are not responsible for what they do or fail to do.

With your consent, we share the details of your quotation with the dealerships we contact for you.

Your information

We collect and use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise that a better offer will exist for every car, or that a dealership will honour a price after the date of its quotation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Best Car Deals is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses that come from a dealership, lender or insurer, or from information you gave us that was wrong. Our total responsibility to you for any request is limited to the service fee you paid for it, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the savings guarantee or any right that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your request are the ones that were shown when you submitted it. Changes for future requests are posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking it through, it will be handled by the proper courts of the Philippines.
