What we collect

When you request a better deal we collect your name, email address, mobile number, city, the details of the car you are buying, your dealer quotation, any insurance or auto loan quotation you choose to upload, and your payment receipt.

When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, optional mobile number and your message.

We collect only what we need to do the work you ask for. We don’t ask for government IDs, bank passwords or card numbers.

Why we use it

We use your information to review your quotation, negotiate with dealerships on your behalf, confirm your payment, keep you updated about your request and answer your questions. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell it.

Who we share it with

Dealerships: with your consent, we share the details of your quotation with the dealerships we contact for you, so they can make a better offer. We don’t send them your payment receipt or your personal ID details.

Service providers: we use trusted providers to host the website, store files and databases and send email. They handle your information only to provide those services for us.

The law: we may disclose information if a law, court or government authority requires it.

How we protect it

Documents you upload are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. All traffic to this website is encrypted. Only authorised team members can open your request, and they sign in with their own accounts. If we ever learn of a breach that puts your information at risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your request, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve any dispute. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Website analytics

We count page visits to understand how the site is used. We don’t use tracking cookies, and visits can’t be linked back to you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t count your visits at all.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed about how your information is used, to access it, to correct it, to ask us to delete or block it, to object to its use, to withdraw your consent and to claim damages if your rights are violated. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
