Savings guarantee refunds
Your ₱7,499 service fee is refunded when the qualifying savings fall short of ₱15,000, as described in our Guarantee Terms.
How we pay a refund
We refund the fee through the same method you used to pay, to the account the payment came from, unless we agree another way with you in writing. We will confirm by email when the refund has been sent. If you paid by bank transfer or an e-wallet, your provider may take a short time to show it.
Payments we cannot match
If we cannot match a payment to your request, we contact you before taking any further step. You will never be asked to pay twice for the same request.
Payments made by mistake
If you paid more than once, or paid the wrong amount, tell us with your reference number and your receipts, and we will refund the extra amount once we have confirmed it.
